    The Role:

    As an International Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our global market expansion. You will identify new opportunities, build lasting relationships with international clients, and manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to delivery. This flexible role is perfect for students, graduates, or professionals seeking valuable experience in the booming construction materials export sector.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Market Expansion: Proactively develop the overseas market for our insulation products through online platforms (B2B websites, social media, etc.) and offline channels to target construction firms, distributors, and traders.


    Client Management & Communication: Serve as the primary contact for international clients. Respond to inquiries, provide detailed product information (specs, pricing, logistics), and build strong, trusting relationships—all primarily in English or other foreign languages.


    End-to-End Order Execution: Oversee the entire order process, coordinating internally for production, export documentation, shipping, and timely delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience.


    Market Intelligence: Research and report on target market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to help shape our international strategy.


    Sales Performance: Maintain accurate records, prepare regular sales reports, and work diligently to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.


    What We're Looking For:


    Education: Current university student or graduate (Bachelor's degree or above). A background in International Business, Business English, Engineering, or Building Materials is a plus.


    Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in any additional language (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, German, French, Russian) is a significant advantage.


    Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or knowledge of building materials/thermal insulation is preferred, but not required. We welcome motivated individuals eager to learn about our products and international trade processes.


    Skills: Strong self-motivation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office is required. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Global Sources) or CRM software is beneficial.


    Mindset: Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a remote team. You should possess strong problem-solving skills and resilience.


    Availability: Ability to commit a minimum of 3-5 hours per week with a flexible schedule.


    Bonus Points If You Have:


    Existing network or contacts within the international construction/building materials industry.


    Proven experience in cross-border digital marketing or sales.


    Personal or academic experience living/studying abroad.
